Participating Insurances

Our practice accepts many insurance plans. However, coverage does vary from one plan to the next. Even if your insurance company is listed in our network, it does not guarantee coverage. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify benefits and eligibility prior to your appointment and be sure to bring your medical and vision insurance cards to your appointment.

No Insurance? No problem.

We offer a Private Pay Membership Plan that starts at $140 which includes a comprehensive eye health exam, 20% off glasses, 5% off a year supply of contact lenses (UPP contact lenses cannot be discounted) and more.

We know you are busy and can't always contact us during office hours. You can now access our front desk team using Patient Portal-anytime, anywhere.
